Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team at Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. The HR Executive will play a critical role in supporting the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance management.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication
skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify stang needs.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- Maintain a database of prospective candidates for various roles.
- Onboarding and Training:
- Organize and execute the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in coordinating training programs, including curriculum updates.
- Maintain training records and ensure smooth employee integration.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance
- Support initiatives to improve workplace culture and morale.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure employee files are up-to-date and compliant with leg requirements.
- Oversee the signing of NDAs, contracts, and other essential documents.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews.
- Maintain performance records and provide analytical insights.
- HR Operations:
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs in collaboration with accounts.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
- Keep track of HR metrics and prepare periodic reports.
Key Skills and Qualification
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with internships in HR may also apply).
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentiall
- Proficiency in MS Oce and HRMS softwar
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skill
