Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals. This role specifically focuses on engaging with clients who are seeking to outsource manpower across various domains, including accounts, legal associates, and other specialized functions. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless service delivery. This position demands excellent communication and networking skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities particularly focusing on clients seeking outsourced manpower in domains such as accounts, legal associates and other specialized field.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs across different domains.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, tailored to their needs for outsourcing manpower in various specialized fields.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and materials.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the company’s services.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the stang augmentation sector, particularly for accounts, legal and other specialized domains.
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and clients in these specific area.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all business development activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the stang or human resources industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, particularly in outsourcing manpower in various specialized fields such accounts, legal, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft office Suit
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
