Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and oversee all financial and accounting activities at Virtu Admins Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and compliance. They will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial health by developing and implementing effective financial strategies, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on complex financial matters. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will be instrumental in advising senior management on critical financial decisions, preparing detailed financial reports, managing budgets, and optimizing resource allocation. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and transparency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Strategy
    •  Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goal.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and projection.
  • Accounting and Auditing
    • Oversee and ensure accurate maintenance of financial record
    • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
    • Assist in statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Taxation and Compliance
    • Prepare and file returns for GST, TDS, and income ta
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and financial law
    • Handle tax assessments and respond to notices from regulatory
    • authorities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Develop budgets and financial forecasts for various department
    • Monitor budget utilization and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Present detailed financial reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure adequate financial controls and procedures are in place.
  • Payroll Management
    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance with deductions and filing. 
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
    • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Skills and Qualification

  • Educational Background
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chart Accountants of India (ICAI). 
  • Experience
    • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting roles.
    • Experience in managing financial operations in a corporate setup is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
    • Expertise in Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools
