Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations at Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring the seamless execution of workflows, and driving efficiency across all business functions. This role involves leading and motivating teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and operational effectiveness. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to align operations with organizational goals and implement strategies that foster growth and success. This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and contribute to the long-term success of the company. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Oversight
    • Planned, implement, and manage daily operational activities. 
    • Monitor and evaluate workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams. 
    • Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs for staff development. 
  • Process Improvement: 
    • Identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks. 
    • Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 
  • Resource Management: 
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals. 
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a liaison between management and operational teams.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. 

  • Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred 
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tool
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Preferred Skills
    • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tool
    • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
    • Familiarity with process automation and digital transformation.
