Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating effectively to close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop a list of potential clients and qualify leads for further follow-up.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Tailor sales pitches to the needs of the client to close deals effectively.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Report on sales activities and outcomes to the Sales Manager regularly.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales effectively.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues that may affect client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualification
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fie (preferred).
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
- Knowledge of the sales process and techniques.
