Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events for talent acquisition.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in creating structured interview processes for consistent evaluation.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s culture and values to attract candidates.
- Work with marketing to develop compelling job advertisements and campaigns.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities.
- Use analytics to improve hiring strategies and reduce turnover rates.
- Compliance and Onboarding:
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
Key Skills and Qualification
- Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS software
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and other sourcing tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
