Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Virtual Admins Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires expertise in innovative hiring practices and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy
    • Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
    • Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking events for talent acquisition. 
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. 
    • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 
  • Interview Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. 
    • Assist in creating structured interview processes for consistent evaluation.
    • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Employer Branding
    • Promote the company’s culture and values to attract candidates. 
    • Work with marketing to develop compelling job advertisements and campaigns. 
    • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire). 
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities. 
    • Use analytics to improve hiring strategies and reduce turnover rates.
  • Compliance and Onboarding
    • Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.

Key Skills and Qualification

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. 
    • Familiarity with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS software
    • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, and other sourcing tools. 
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
