Are your services available 24/7, or only during business hours?
Our standard support is provided during US business hours. However, for clients needing specific evening or weekend coverage, we offer customized plans based on VA availability.

Am I locked into a long-term contract, or can I cancel service?
Though we believe our quality of service is enough to keep you, our standard agreements are month-to-month after an initial introductory period. We require 60 days' written notice if you need to cancel or pause service.

Can I communicate directly with my Virtual Admin, or do I go through a manager?
You will have direct access to your assigned VA via email, phone, and/or secure chat (like Slack or Teams) for daily task coordination. A dedicated account manager is also available for high-level support and check-ins.
